7. Subscription Terms & Billing
Membership access is available through monthly or annual subscriptions.
Billing Cycles
- Monthly plans renew every month from the date of purchase
- Annual plans renew every year on the anniversary date
- This is an automatic opt‑out service - payments continue until cancelled
We may update subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice for active members.
Trials
If you join with a trial:
- Access begins immediately
- If you cancel during the trial, access ends immediately
- If you do not cancel, your plan converts to a paid subscription at the stated rate
- Trials are for new customers only
Discount Codes
Discount codes may apply to monthly or annual plans. Terms vary per promotion.
8. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Cancellation Rules
- Cancellation stops future payments
- Access ends immediately or within 24-48 hours
- No pro‑rata refunds for unused time
- Cancelling via PayPal directly ends access immediately
- If a payment is taken during the 24-48 hour cancellation window, email us for a refund
To resume access, you must re‑subscribe.
Subscriptions cannot be paused or put on hold.
9. Privacy Policy
