Chicken filet garlic powder onion powder salt & pepper
1. Add chopped spinach to a large bowl
9. Cut a pocket into the chicken and season to taste with salt and pepper
10. Add the spinach and ricotta filling to the pocket of each fillet.
11. Use toothpicks to prevent the filling from spilling
12. Place the fillets on a lightly greased oven tray
11. Bake for 30 minutes, turn halfway through
