CHOCOLATE CHIP

COOKIES WITHOUT 

 BROWN SUAGR

1. Combine butter and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl.

2. Add an egg and vanilla extract to the creamed butter. Whisk in until just combined.

3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.

4. Then add the flour mix to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.

5. Fold in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed.

5. Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet and roll into balls.

Press chocolate chips into the top of the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180C/360F for 12-15 minutes.

6. Leave to cool on the baking tray. Then move cookies to a cooling rack and let cool completely.
