CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES WITHOUT BROWN SUAGR

Ingredients - All-purpose flour - Baking soda - Salt - White sugar - Salted butter - Egg - Vanilla extract - Chocolate chips

1. Combine butter and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl.

2. Add one egg and vanilla extract to the creamed butter. Whisk in until just combined.

3. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking soda. Then add it to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.

4. Fold in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed.

5. Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet. Space the cookies out. Chill the cookie dough for 30 minutes.

6. Then bake at 360ºF (180ºC) for 12-15 minutes.

Leave to cool and serve with warm milk or hot chocolate.
