Chicken breasts Salt Black pepper Heavy cream Chicken broth Sun dried tomatoes Oregano Chili flakes Parmesan Olive oil Basil


1. Add chicken breasts to a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

2.  Heat a splash of olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken breasts. 

3. Sear chicken on each side for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan.

4. Add minced garlic to the pan. Cook for two minutes or until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream. 

5. Add the chicken stock and the spices.

6. Add sun-dried tomatoes and the seared chicken breasts to the pan. Simmer for a few minutes, then cook the chicken on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until done.

7. Garnish with chopped basil. 

Serve with tortellini, potatoes or rice.
