OVEN-BAKED SALMON WITH SPICY MARINADE

This delicious spicy lemon pepper salmon is ready in less than 30 minutes. 

INGREDIENTS

Salmon Olive oil Paprika Cayenne Chili flakes Salt Black pepper Garlic cloves Lemon Chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix olive oil and spices. Make also a dry rub in another bowl from salt, cayenne and chili flakes. 

2. Line a baking tray with foil and lightly grease the foil with oil. Add the fillet with skin down on the tray. 

3. Brush the marinade on top of the salmon.  

4. Add some lemon slices on top and cook in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. 

5. Sprinkle the dry rub on the fish and cook for a further 5 minutes in the oven. 

6. Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving. Decorate with chopped parsley.
