Let's make pistachio ganache!

1. Add chunks of white chocolate  and heavy cream to a medium-sized bowl.

2. Add pistachio paste or puree to the bowl

3. Heat the ingredients in a microwave for 30 seconds.

4. Stir ingredients

and heat again for 30 seconds

5. Heat again for 30 seconds and stir

6. Repeat these steps until the ganache has fully melted.

7. Stir until smooth.

8. Cover pistachio ganache with cling film. Make sure it is touching the ganache.

9. Leave ganache to set in the fridge or at room temperature for two hours then remove the wrap.

11. Make sure the ganache is smooth and spreadable
