1. Heat a splash of vegetable or sunflower oil in a pot

2. Pour the tomato mixture into the pot.

3. Add tomato paste or puree to the tomato sauce.

4. Season tomato sauce.

5. Stir the tomato mixture.

6. Stir until the sauce is mixed well and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

7. Bring tomato mixture to a boil.

8. Add couscous to the tomato sauce mixture and stir.

9. Stir couscous until it is well combined with the sauce.

10. Pour water into the couscous and tomato mixture.

11. The tomato couscous should have softened.

12. Add some butter to the couscous for moisture.

14. Serve couscous in a bowl and garnish with parsley.
