1. Combine butter and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.

2. Add an egg and vanilla extract to the creamed butter. Whisk until just combined.

3. Add all-purpose flour and baking soda to the wet ingredients and fold.

4. Add chocolate chips and mix until just combined.

5. Scoop dough and flatten it.

6. Add frozen Nutella to the centre of the dough and gently roll into a bowl. Repeat with remaining dough.

7. Press chocolate chips into the top of the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180C/360F for 12-15 minutes.

Leave to cool on the baking tray. Then move cookies to a cooling rack and let cool completely.
