OVEN-BAKED SALMON WITH LEMON & PEPPER

INGREDIENTS

 1. Add olive oil, paprika, chilli flakes, oregano, garlic, salt to taste and black pepper to taste to a bowl.

2. Add lemon zest to the bowl.

3. Squeeze lemon juice into the bowl.

4. Stir all of the ingredients until well combined.

5. Then, add a salmon fillet skin side down onto a lightly greased oven tray lined with foil.

6. Add the chilli and lemon marinade to the flesh of the salmon. Place 3 lemon slices on top of the salmon fillet.

7. Cook the fillet in the oven for 10 minutes then sprinkle the dry rub on top to give the salmon fillet a beautiful color.

Bake the salmon for another 5-7 minutes.

Sprinkle chopped parsley on top of the salmon.
