PUFF PUFF

1. Add, plain flour, sugar, salt, fast action yeast and nutmeg to a bowl.

2. Stir all of the dry ingredients until combined.

3. Pour 1/3 of lukewarm water into the dry ingredients and mix.

4. Add more water and repeat the last step.

5. The dough should have a medium-thick consistency. Similar to pancake batter.

6. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and leave it in a warm place to rise for 90 minutes.

7. Deep fry dough in oil for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Place them on a paper towel to soak excess oil.

Serve Puff Puff as an appetizer or snack.
