pappardelle red peppers tomato puree oregano oil

garlic cloves cream salt paprika

1. Blend roasted peppers and garlic together until smooth

2. Add pappardelle pasta to a pot of salted boiling water

3. Add a splash of oil and tomato puree to the pan

4. Pour red pepper sauce into pan and stir

5. Pour cream into the red pepper sauce

6. Season sauce to taste with salt, pepper and oregano

7. Add pasta to red bell pepper sauce

8. Stir pasta with red pepper sauce and add butter

9. The red pepper pappardelle pasta is ready. Add fresh parsley
