A popular Chinese takeout side option  Easy to make at home! Crispy skin, juicy on the inside. Seasoned with salt and pepper and tossed in mix of chilies, scallions, garlic and onions.

INGREDIENTS

Chicken wings Salt Black pepper Garlic powder Chinese five spice Cornstarch Baking powder Vegetable oil Scallions Chilies Onion Garlic

FOR MARINADE

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl

2. Add dry ingredients to the wings and mix until the wings are evenly coated.

3. Fry chicken wings for 6-8 minutes in hot oil

4. Make the marinade and coat the wings with it in a pan.
