Seasoned with salt and pepper and tossed in mix of chilies, scallions, garlic and onions.
Chinese five spice
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
2. Add dry ingredients to the wings and mix until the wings are evenly coated.
3. Fry chicken wings for 6-8 minutes in hot oil
4. Make the marinade and coat the wings with it in a pan.
