TOMATO SHRIMP TAGLIATELLE

INGREDIENTS

Tagliatelle pasta Shrimp Tomato puree Double cream Garlic Seasoning Oil Butter Parsley

1. Season 2 cups of shrimp with salt, paprika and garlic. Cook on both sides in oil for 3-5 minutes. Set aside.

INSTRUCTIONS

2. Add chopped garlic cloves to the pan and cook until fragrant. Then, add 3-5 tbsp of tomato puree, stir and cook for one minute.

3. Pour 1 cup of double cream into the pan and stir until the sauce is well combined.

4. Add cooked tagliatelle to the pan and stir until the pasta and sauce are well combined.

5. Add the cooked shrimp, 2-3 tbsp of butter and stir.

6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
