INDIAN TANDOORI

CHICKEN KEBABS

INGREDIENTS – 3 Chicken fillets – 6 tbsp Yoghurt or curd – 3.5 tsp Tandoori masala – 1/4 tsp turmeric – 1/4 tsp of chili powder Kashmiri – 1-2 garlic cloves grated – Ginger grated – 1/4 Lemon juice – Oil – Red food coloring optional

1. Add salt, lemon juice and garlic to the cubed chicken.

2. Grate ginger and stir the chicken well.

3. Prepare tandoori marinade. Add oil, yogurt and seasoning to a bowl.

4. Add red food coloring and stir well.

5. Add marinade to chicken, stir well and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.

6. Add tandoori chicken to skewers and grill on both sides.

Serve chicken Tandoori kebabs with naan, rice and salad.
