1. Add spaghetti to a pot of boiling water

2. Heat oil in a pan and ddd garlic to the saucepan

3. Add mushrooms to the pan

4. Season mushrooms with salt to taste

5. Stir and cook mushrooms

6. Add sun dried tomatoes to the pan

7. Stir mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes

8. Meanwhile check and stir the spaghetti

9. Pour cream into the pan

10. Add salt to taste

11. Add pepper to taste and a splash of lemon

12. Add cheese to the creamy sauce

13. Stir the creamy sauce until it thickens

14. Once the sauce thickens add spaghetti

15. Stir spaghetti and cream until well combined

15. Next, add spinach to the pan and sitr

16. Stir the creamy spaghetti

17. Option to add lemon zest and leave to simmer

18. Add extra cheese when serving
