For this recipe, all you need is one bowl, three ingredients, a microwave and you’re good to go!


1. Chop white chocolate in chunks to a bowl. Pour in heavy cream and pistachio paste on top.

2. Heat the ingredients in a microwave for 30 seconds and stir.

3. Repeat previous step until the chocolate is fully melted and mix until the ganache is smooth and evenly combined.

4. Let cool down and cover with cling film. Refridgerate for two hours.

5. Whisk the ganache for two minutes until spreadable.

6. Use as filling in cakes or to frost desserts.

To get even more intense green color you can add a drop of food coloring.
