1. Add white chocolate to a bowl. Then pour heavy cream into the bowl.

2. heat the bowl in a microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat this step until the chocolate melts completely.

3. Once the chocolate mixture has melted, stir until well combined.

4. Let cool down and cover with cling film. Refridgerate for two hours.

5. Whisk the ganache for two minutes until spreadable.
