How to Make Avocado Spaghetti

  • 300 g of spaghetti
  • 2 avocado
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 handful of sweet mixed baby tomatoes
  • 1 handful of cooked peas
  • Cheddar cheese to serve (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2-4 tbsp olive oil


  • Add spaghetti to a saucepan of boiling water and add a pinch of salt. Leave to cook for 10-15 minutes on a low/medium heat.
  • Peel avocados, add them to a food processor, add garlic cloves, peas, lemon juice, salt, pepper and blitz for a few minutes. Gradually add olive oil until the mixture becomes smooth.
  • Once the spaghetti is ready drain out any excess water and add the spaghetti to a large bowl. Add the avocado mix to the bowl, mix well and adjust seasoning if necessary.
