Healthy Pumpkin Puree Snack

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (Greek or dairy free)
  • Honey/maple syrup to taste
  • Granola
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Cinnamon (optional)


  • Add pumpkin puree to a bowl, add honey/maple syrup to taste, stir and set aside.
  • Add half a handful of granola to a small/medium sized cup. Then, add half of the pumpkin puree, yogurt, the remaining pumpkin puree, granola and pumpkin seeds (as shown).
