Healthy Crunchy Coleslaw Recipe

  • 1/4 white cabbage
  • 1/4 red cabbage
  • 4 carrots
  • 3-4 spring onions
  • 3-5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3-5 tbsp salad cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • A pinch of sugar optional


  • Finely chop the red cabbage, white cabbage, spring onions and carrots. Add them to a large bowl and mix.
  • Add mayonnaise, salad cream, salt, pepper and sugar to a medium sized bowl and mix. Pour the mixture into chopped mix. Stir well and serve!
