Healthy Crunchy Coleslaw Recipe
This delicious crunchy red and white cabbage coleslaw recipe will have all of your family and friends drooling! It is the perfect summer side and can be made in less than 15 minutes!

A pinch of sugar
Finely chop the red cabbage, white cabbage, spring onions and carrots. Add them to a large bowl and mix.
Add mayonnaise, salad cream, salt, pepper and sugar to a medium sized bowl and mix. Pour the mixture into chopped mix. Stir well and serve!
Alter the amount of mayonnaise and salad cream to meet your dietary requirements. You can also alter the seasoning to suit your taste.
