Add 1/2 a cup of bulgur wheat and 1 cup of water to a saucepan. Add a pinch of salt, bring to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes (or follow the instructions on the packaging).
Cook 1/2 a cup of sweetcorn (follow instructions on packaging) and boil 2 eggs for 8-12 minutes. Then, chop 1 tomato, 1/4 red onion, a few lettuce leaves and set aside.
Add lettuce leaves, bulgur wheat, black beans, boiled eggs, red onions, tomatoes, lime wedges and feta to a bowl as shown.
