Cut between 420g – 450g of beef into chunks, and then add those chunks into a bowl.
Add a few drops of sunflower oil, salt and pepper, 2-3 Tbsp of soy sauce, and ½ tsp of lemon juice to the bowl with beef in it. Let the beef marinate in this mixture for a few minutes.
Optional: Add a few drops of honey if you like your beef and broccoli dish super sweet!
While the beef is marinating, chop up your broccoli and a whole onion. Heat up some sunflower oil in a pan and add the garlic and onions (optional). Simmer until golden.
After the onions are garlic are browned, add the beef chunks and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat. Add the broccoli for another five minutes until it is soft. Enjoy!
