Easy Sauteed Chickpea Recipe

Try out this easy sauteed chickpea recipe! Sauteed chickpeas can be served as a side, with a salad or as a yummy snack. This recipe is also vegan!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked dried chickpeas
  • 1/4 tsp of onion seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp of cumin
  • a pinch of turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • A splash of olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat a splash of olive oil in a large pan. Add 1/4 tsp of onion seasoning, 1/4 tsp of garlic seasoning, 1/4 tsp of cumin, a pinch of turmeric, salt to taste and paprika to taste. Mix and cook the spices for 1 minute on a medium heat.
  • Add 2 cups of dry cooked chickpeas to the pan, stir and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Serve as you wish!
