Peel and chop 2 frozen bananas into small pieces. Place them in a plastic bag and freeze them overnight.
Once they are nice and frozen, add them to your food processor (a blender will do just fine, too). Along with the bananas, add 2-3 Tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder, 2-3 Tbsp of honey, 2-3 Tbsp of almond milk, and a tiny bit of vanilla extract to taste.
Blitz it all together in your blender until it has a smooth, creamy consistency like real ice cream.
Scoop it into a bowl, add your favorite toppings (strawberries, peanut butter, nuts, and more), and enjoy!
