Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry

  • 250 g-300g of egg noodles
  • 1-2 cups of large shrimp
  • 1-2 scrambled eggs
  • 2 chopped spring onions
  • 3 crushed cloves of garlic
  • ½ chopped broccoli
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • A splash of lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp of honey
  • 3-5 Tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1-2 tsp of white wine vinegar
  • A handful of sesame seeds
  • 1-2 spring onions
  • A handful of sprouts optional
  • Chopped chilies optional


  • Gather 250g-300g of egg noodles and boil them in water for about 6 minutes, or until they are soft. Drain them and put them aside for now.
  • Heat up some oil in a large frying pan or a wok. Add the following ingredients: 2 chopped spring onions, 3 crushed cloves of garlic, ½ chopped broccoli, and 2 sliced carrots.
  • Cook the ingredients in the frying pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, some lemon juice, 1-2 Tbsp of honey, 3-5 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1-2 Tsp of rice wine vinegar, and 1-2 cups of shrimp. Cook ingredients while stirring for a few minutes. Do a taste test to see when everything is done being cooked.
  • Lastly, add the cooked noodles and a scrambled egg to your wok. Stir everything for another minute or two and then remove from heat.
  • Pour onto a serving plate. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, spring onions, and a handful of sprouts (or some herbs).
  • Dig in and enjoy!
