Gather 250g-300g of egg noodles and boil them in water for about 6 minutes, or until they are soft. Drain them and put them aside for now.
Heat up some oil in a large frying pan or a wok. Add the following ingredients: 2 chopped spring onions, 3 crushed cloves of garlic, ½ chopped broccoli, and 2 sliced carrots.
Cook the ingredients in the frying pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, some lemon juice, 1-2 Tbsp of honey, 3-5 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1-2 Tsp of rice wine vinegar, and 1-2 cups of shrimp. Cook ingredients while stirring for a few minutes. Do a taste test to see when everything is done being cooked.
Lastly, add the cooked noodles and a scrambled egg to your wok. Stir everything for another minute or two and then remove from heat.
Pour onto a serving plate. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, spring onions, and a handful of sprouts (or some herbs).
