First you will need to wash the asparagus and leave them to dry or pat them dry using a paper towel.
Preheat 220C/428F/Gas 6. Then, chop off the ends of the asparagus and add them to an oven tray.
Add a splash of vegetable oil to a small bowl, add salt to taste, pepper to taste, a pinch of parsley and 2 cloves of chopped garlic. Stir the ingredients together.
Pour the mixture on to the asparagus and mix. Then, add 180-250g of chopped mozzarella pieces along the center of the asparagus.
Bake the cheesy garlic asparagus for 12-15 minutes or until done. Remove from the oven and serve as desired.
