Healthy Mocha smoothie Recipe

A healthy mocha smoothie recipe including espresso, unprocessed cocoa powder, frozen bananas, peanut butter, ice and milk - a great way to start the day!

  • 2 shots of espresso using good quality coffee beans
  • 2-3 cups of any milk of your choice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp of unprocessed cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup of healthy peanut butter
  • 1/2 a cup of ice


  • Add espresso, milk, unprocessed cocoa powder, peanut butter, frozen bananas and ice to a smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a jar or cup and enjoy! :)
