Grab 5 large chicken legs and pat them dry.
Then, add chicken legs to a bowl. Add a splash of oil, season with salt to taste and ½ a tsp of chicken seasoning. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200C/180C Fan/400F/Gas 6.
Add 4 tbsp of suya spice and 2 tbsp of vegetable oil to a small bowl and stir. Brush the chicken legs with the suya spice mixture and bake for 30 minutes. Baste chicken legs with suya spice mix and turn the chicken every 10 minutes while it grills. Once it is done serve and enjoy!
