Baked Crispy Chicken Drumsticks

These golden, juicy, crispy baked chicken drumsticks are a delicious healthier alternative to fried chicken.

  • Oven


  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/14 cup of flour
  • 1 3/4 cups of panko
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Vegetable oil


  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6. Add eggs, flour, ¼ tsp of garlic seasoning, salt to taste and paprika to taste to a medium sized bowl. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  • Then, coat one chicken drumstick in the batter and make sure it is fully covered.
  • Next, coat the drumstick in panko and make sure it is fully covered. Repeat this step for each drumstick.
  • Once each drumstick has been coated add them to a lightly greased oven tray.
  • Finally, bake the drums for 30 minutes and turn halfway through. Serve as desired.
