large or 700g of carrots
chopped

tablespoon
cornflour

teaspoon
of salt
¼
teaspoon
of paprika
¼
teaspoon
garlic powder
¼
teaspoon
of dried oregano
½
teaspoon
of parmesan
optional

tablespoon
of olive oil
Instructions
Wash, peel and chop carrots into equal-sized fries. Pat them dry then place them in a bowl.
Add cornflour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, parmesan (optional) olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
Air fry at 180C/360F for 15 minutes or until crispy. Flip the carrot chips halfway through to ensure that both sides are crispy.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with your favorite dip.

Drying the Carrots
: Pat the carrots dry with a paper towel before adding the cornflour. This step ensures they become extra crispy during cooking.
Size
: Chop the carrots into equal-sized fries. This consistency will help them cook evenly and result in a better texture.
Herb
: If you don’t have dried oregano, consider using dried parsley or basil as an alternative herb.
