These tasty Easy Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings are a crowd-pleasing favorite. They're made with 5 ingredients in 25 minutes. Serve as a side or appetizer.
Cut the chicken wings into drums and flats, discarding the tips. Then pat the wings dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, mix the wings with lemon pepper seasoning, salt, cayenne pepper, baking powder, cornflour, and garlic powder until fully coated.
Then, drizzle or spray oil over the seasoned wings.
Place the wings in an air fryer. Cook at 200°C (400°F) for 8-10 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Alternatively, deep fry the wings for 7 minutes until golden.
Once done, place the wings on a plate lined with paper towels to soak up any excess oil.
Serve the Lemon Pepper Wings with your favorite dip, lemon wedges, and garnish with fresh herbs.
