Savor every bite of this flavorful, Easy Tuna Pasta with Mayo. Make it in less than 30 minutes using creamy mayo, fresh capsicum peppers, red onions, salt, pepper and pasta. Serve as a main or side for dinner.
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add a pinch of salt. Once the water has boiled add fusilli pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes. Once the pasta is cooked, drain out the water and let the pasta cool in a large bowl.
Add tuna to a bowl then, add diced red onion, diced red capsicum pepper, diced yellow capsicum pepper, diced green capsicum pepper, mayonnaise, salt to taste and black pepper to taste. Then, mix until evenly combined.
Combine the pasta with the tuna mixture and stir well once the pasta has cooled.
Serve this tasty vibrant tuna pasta at room temperature or cold for lunch or dinner.

Make ahead: This dish can be made ahead of time. Refrigerate the cooked, cooled pasta separately from the tuna mixture and mix once you are ready to serve. Let the pasta come to room temperature before serving.
