Get creative with your leftover pumpkin puree and create this healthy snack/dessert/breakfast in under 10 minutes! It includes yogurt, pumpkin seeds and honey.
Add pumpkin puree to a bowl, add honey/maple syrup to taste, stir and set aside.
Add half a handful of granola to a small/medium sized cup. Then, add half of the pumpkin puree, yogurt, the remaining pumpkin puree, granola and pumpkin seeds (as shown).

Batch: Feel free to half, double or triple the ingredients in this recipe to feed more or less people.
