Ingredients

of frozen pineapples

peeled oranges

of yogurt

of almond milk
Instructions
To build this delicious smoothie add two and a half cups of frozen pineapples to a smoothie maker.
Then, add two peeled and chopped fresh oranges.
Next, add ½ cup of yogurt, 1-2 cups of almond milk and blend until smooth.
Notes
Sweetener:
For a sweeter smoothie, add 1-3 teaspoons of agave, honey, or date syrup.
Milk:
Coconut, cashew, hemp, oat, or soy milk are other creamy plant-based alternatives for this smoothie.
