Cauliflower
chopped
Salt to taste

teaspoon
paprika
¼
teaspoon
dried oregano

tablespoon
parmesan
A splash of olive oil
Parsley to garnish
Instructions
Wash and chop cauliflower then add the florets a bowl. Pat the cauliflower dry using a paper towel.
Season the cauliflower with salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, one tablespoon of olive oil and toss.
Add the cauliflower florets to an air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes at 180C/360F. Tossing in between.
Serve cauliflower on a dish and garnish with fresh parsley and more parmesan.
Notes
Cauliflower:
You can also use frozen cauliflower for this recipe. Ensure that you let it soften before seasoning cooking.
Dried herbs:
You can also use thyme or basil, depending on what you have to hand.
