This Simple Beef Brisket Joint is succulent, moist and delicious. Make it with less than five ingredients. Serve this tasy main at dinner with potatoes and vegetables.
Preheat oven to 180C/360F. Add beef brisket to an oven dish then season it with salt to taste, black pepper and thyme. Make sure you rub the seasoning onto all sides.
Next, pour beef stock on top of the brisket and add garlic to the dish.
Cook in the oven for 3 hour and 15 minutes or until done. Allow the beef to rest for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Well done Beef: Bake for about an hour and 15 minutes per pound, until the brisket reaches 170-180°.Medium-Rare Beef: For medium-rare doneness, the internal temperature should reach 63°C (145°F). Medium Beef: If you prefer medium doneness, aim for an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F).
