3-4tablespoonMelted chocolatefor drizzle
Crushed Graham crackersor digestive crumbs
Instructions
Add the chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until smooth. Set aside to cool.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream for 1-2 minutes or to soft-medium peaks. Add the sifted cocoa powder and gently fold until combined. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine the mascarpone, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, and cooled melted chocolate. Whisk for 1 minute until smooth.
Fold half of the chocolate whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture. If needed, add 3 to 5 tablespoons of milk to loosen the texture. Gently fold until combined. Add the remaining chocolate whipped cream and fold until just combined.
Pour the cooled brewed coffee into a shallow bowl.
Dip each ladyfinger in the coffee for 3 to 5 seconds and arrange a layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.
Spread half of the chocolate mascarpone filling evenly over the ladyfingers.
Then, add a second layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers.
Spread the remaining chocolate mascarpone filling evenly on top, leaving enough space for a layer of marshmallows. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Remove the plastic wrap and arrange the marshmallows on top, cut-side facing up.
Toast the marshmallows with a kitchen torch until golden brown.
Drizzle with melted Hershey's chocolate or your favorite melted chocolate. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the centre and top with chopped Hershey's chocolate.
Serve and enjoy this decadent S'mores Tiramisu.

Notes
Ladyfingers: For a more classic s'mores flavor, substitute the ladyfingers with graham crackers.
Coffee: If you are serving this to children or prefer a stronger s'mores flavor, replace the coffee with milk for dipping the ladyfingers or graham crackers.
Heavy Cream: Whip the cream to soft-medium peaks before folding in the cocoa powder for the best texture.
Milk: If the chocolate mascarpone filling seems too thick, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches a smooth, spreadable consistency.
