Notes
Egg Yolks: Whip egg yolks with sugar until they reach a thick, frothy consistency, ensuring the perfect texture for your creamy filling.
Refrigerate: Chill the tiramisu in the fridge for several hours or overnight. This deepens the coffee flavor and enhances the overall taste.
Ladyfingers: Dip the ladyfingers briefly into coffee, no longer than 1-2 seconds. This prevents them from becoming too soft or falling apart.
Add-Ins: For extra flavor, mix 2-3 tablespoons of Marsala into the brewed coffee before dipping the ladyfingers.
Decorate: Dust a thick layer of unsweetened cocoa powder on top for a classic finish. Alternatively, use a circular piping bag to add decorative dollops.
