This White Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache is creamy, nutty and delicious. It is made with four ingredients and prepared in 10 minutes. Use it to frost cakes, top brownies or fill macarons.
Add white chocolate to a heat-proof medium-sized bowl, pour in heavy cream, almond butter and a pinch of salt.
Next, heat the ingredients in a microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat this step until the chocolate is fully melted and everything is combined.
Once the ganache is smooth and evenly combined let it cool and use it as desired or follow the rest of the recipe for a firmer whipped ganache.
Cover the hazelnut ganahce with plastic wrap and make sure it is touching the ganache to prevent air bubbles. Then, refrigerate for 2 hours and whisk for a couple of minutes.
