sweet potatoes

tablespoon
oil
salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash sweet potatoes and pat dry.
Next, use a fork to poke holes into each potato.
Add sweet potatoes to the air fryer, drizzle with oil. Then, season with salt and pepper.
Air fry at 190C/380F for 18-20 minutes on each side or until cooked.
Notes
Cook:
You can also bake these potatoes in the oven at the same temperature. Be sure to preheat the oven before cooking.
Overcrowding:
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer, as this will prevent the sweet potatoes from cooking evenly.
Wash:
Ensure you wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
