These golden, juicy, crispy, Baked Crispy Chicken Drumsticks are a healthier alternative to fried chicken. Prepare in just 5 minutes and bake in 30 minutes!
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6. Add eggs, milk, flour, ¼ teaspoon of garlic seasoning, salt to taste and paprika to taste to a medium-sized bowl. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
Then, coat one chicken drumstick in the batter and make sure it is fully covered.
Next, coat the drumstick in panko and make sure it is fully covered. Repeat this step for each drumstick.
Once each drumstick has been coated add them to a lightly greased oven tray.
Finally, bake the drums for 30 minutes and turn halfway through. Serve as desired.

Frying: These chicken drumsticks can also be deep-fried for about 7 minutes or until cooked.
