Peel bananas, cut into small pieces, add to a freezer bag and freeze overnight.
Add frozen bananas, almond milk, frozen blueberries and vanilla extract to a food processor and blitz until smooth.
Scoop the nice cream into a bowl and add the toppings (as shown).
