In one bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce, baby tomatoes, carrot, avocado, 4 tablespoon of your favorite Greek yogurt, ¼ teaspoon of lemon juice, a few drops of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
In a second bowl, add the prawns, a few drops of olive oil, salt and pepper, and a few pinches of Cajun seasoning to your preference. Add these ingredients to a pan and fry the prawns for 3-5 minutes.
When the prawns are done frying, add them to the first bowl of your freshly chopped ingredients. Sprinkle chili flakes on top and enjoy!
