This tasty Chinese Prawn Fried Rice is a restaurant favorite. It is made with leftover white rice, shrimp, vegetables, and authentic Chinese seasonings. It can be made in under 30 minutes and served as dinner.
Add prawns, soy sauce, white pepper, salt, oil and baking soda to a bowl and stir. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Then, heat sesame oil in a pan. Add the prawn and cook on both sides for 3-5 minutes, or until done. Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside.
Then add the onions, garlic, and frozen vegetables to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the eggs to the pan, stir, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Next, add the white rice, scallions and cooked prawns to the pan, along with soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, and sugar, and toss everything together.
Top with scallions and serve.
