Homemade fried rice is a great meal option if leftover white rice is in the fridge. With a few more ingredients, you can recreate your favorite takeaway dish!

A Simple Prawn Fried Rice Recipe
- Heat a drop of oil in a wok pan. Once the oil is hot add the prawns and season them with salt and pepper to taste. Fry for 3-5 minutes and set aside for later.
- Heat oil in the same wok. Add onions, garlic and sweet pepper to the wok and fry 2-3 minutes. Then add the cooked rice, peas, prawns, scrambled eggs, salt, pepper, soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar to the wok and mix well. Leave to cook on low/medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve Shrimp Fried Rice with Jumbo Chinese Vegetable Spring Rolls.
How to Store A Simple Prawn Fried Rice Recipe

Equipment
- 1 wok
- 1 knife
- 1 Pot
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 100 g of prawns
- 2 eggs scrambled
- ¼ cup of peas cooked
- ¼ sweet red pepper
- ½ onion
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon of sesame oil
