These tasty Chinese-style Vegetable Noodles perfectly balance sweet and savory umami flavors. They are made with chow mein, mushrooms, carrots, and pak choi. Serve them as dinner.
Prepare noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Pour soy sauce, honey, and black pepper into a bowl and stir until combined.
Heat sesame oil in a pan or wok. Add mushrooms and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.
