white cabbage
¼
red cabbage

carrots

spring onions

mayonnaise

salad cream
Salt
to taste
Pepper

A pinch of sugar

Instructions
Finely chop the red cabbage, white cabbage, spring onions and carrots. Add them to a large bowl and mix.
Add mayonnaise, salad cream, salt, pepper and sugar to a medium sized bowl and mix. Pour the mixture into chopped mix. Stir well and serve!
Notes
Seasoning:
You can adjust the amount of mayonnaise and salad cream to meet your dietary requirements and to suit your taste.
Chopping:
Cut the vegetables into thin or bite-sized pieces to make the coleslaw easy to eat.
Vegetables:
Ensure the carrots and cabbage are dry before mixing; excess moisture can lead to a watery coleslaw.
Onions:
Green onions can be substituted with finely diced red or white, depending on your preference.
