Ingredients

medium sweet potatoes
1
tablespoon
cornflour
¼
teaspoon
garlic powder
¼
teaspoon
of paprika
¼
of dried oregano
Salt to taste
Sunflower oil
Instructions
Wash the sweet potatoes and chop into wedges. Pat them dry then place them in a bowl.
Add cornflour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano and oil to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
Air fry at 180C/360F for 15 minutes or until crispy. Flip the wedges halfway through to ensure that both sides are crispy.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with your favorite dip.
Notes
Air fryer:
Spray the base of the air fryer with oil to prevent the wedges from sticking to it.
Water:
For extra crispy wedges, soak them in a bowl for 30 minutes and remove them. Then pat them dry with a paper towel before seasoning.
