How to Make Crispy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Feel free to keep the skin on if you prefer.
2. Chop them in half lengthways. Then, pat them dry.
3. Chop the sweet potatoes in half again across the middle
4. Then, slice into evenly sized wedges.
5. Add cornflour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano and oil to the bowl
6. Toss until evenly coated.
7. Air fry at 180C/360F for 15 minutes or until crispy. Flip the wedges halfway through to ensure that both sides are crispy.
8. Place the wedges in a serving bowl
